Adding a new listing is fast and easy – anyone, even users with absolutely no technical savvy, can create a property summary and mobile Web page in less than five minutes.
How do you get started?
1) Create your user account. Once you complete and submit the form, you’ll receive an email with a link that will allow you to confirm your registration.
2) Log in using the provided information.
3) Click on “Add Listing” in the “My Tools” menu, and fill out the form. Title and text message summary are required.
4) Submit your listing to instantly make it “live”.
5) Your listing can be requested by sending Keyword and ID (RETEXT #) to 41411. You will receive an instant email notification every time your listing is requested.

6) Create a sign or banner with the text messaging instructions, and display it in front of the property. For example:
7) Listings can be accessed, edited, or deleted at any time in the “My Listings” section of the “My Tools” menu.
8) To view all requests for your listing, retrieve the listing from “My Listings”, then click on “Requests for This Listing” in the upper right corner.
